How RepSpert collects, uses and protects your information.

RepSpert is a trading name of Lexigate LLC ("RepSpert," "we," "us"). We provide content removal and online reputation services. This policy explains what information we collect through repspert.com and our services, and how we handle it.
Information you provide. When you request an assessment, contact us or book a consultation, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, company name, how you heard about us, the links and platforms you identify, and any description of your situation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies via services such as Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. Our live chat is provided by Blazeo and our consultation booking by Calendly; these providers process the information you share with them when you use those features.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as the analytics, advertising, chat and scheduling providers named above), with professional advisers where required, and where the law requires disclosure. Consistent with our terms of service, all client engagements are handled confidentially, and we never contact the author of the content you ask us to review.
We keep confidential materials you provide in connection with an engagement for no longer than 60 days after cancellation of services, except for electronic communications, which may be securely retained. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email mail@repspert.com and we will respond promptly.
We operate from the United States and Australia, and your information may be processed in either country. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
