As per our ‘ No Removal, No Fee’ policy – you will only be charged once the offending content has been completely and successfully removed. We have a $49 flat-fee application fee required to commence.
Yes. Our process ensures the offending reviews will be permanently deleted from the platform.
There is no way for us to prevent the publisher republishing the content (e.g. a consumer review). However, we very rarely see this as the publisher is not notified of the removal. If the publisher were to notice, they will rarely repost it as they assume the platform has automatically deleted their review.
Generally, we encourage you to look at all negative content or reviews. This is because the decision of which reviews qualify to be removed are in the hands of the platform, not us.
No. The platforms will not inform the publisher of any activity in relation to content removal.
Review takedowns can be successful anywhere from 2 – 6 weeks. However, we allow up to 180 days for reviews that require additional time or resources due to factors out of our control.
No. All our work is conducted in an utmost ethical manner – we do not hack, bribe or blackmail. Reports are based on violations of local legislation and violations of hosting platforms community guidelines & T&C’s.
No. All reports are submitted externally to the platform. The publisher will never be contacted or approached.
